Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and meticulous interior and exterior detailing of automobiles, boats and RV’s
• Utilize advanced detailing techniques to achieve a showroom-quality finish
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow company standards and procedures for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-level auto, boat and RV detailing
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for perfection
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Skills in window tinting and paint protection film installation are highly desired
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory

Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance-based pay compensation ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year
• Opportunities for bonuses based on performance
